When and where is it?

Starting at noon on the first Saturday of August. Severy Hill Rd, Dixfield, ME. Just off of E. Dixfield Rd. (Rte 17), Look for the “Hiltz” signs.

What if it rains?

The event is held, rain or shine. We will put up tents to stay dry.

What should I bring?

There is a pot luck meal starting around 1pm. Typically, burgers and hotdogs are provided, so please bring a side dish or desert.

What should I wear?

Whatever you are comfortable in.

What’s the auction all about?

In order to raise money for food, tables, tents, and this website, there is an auction. If you have something of around the house that you no longer have use for, and you think someone else might want it, feel free to donate it to the auction. Or, bring your homemade baked good, canned good, are craft.

What if I don’t live nearby?

On occasion, out-of-towners camp out the night before and/or the night of the reunion. We typically have a port-a-potty on site, but there are no water or electric hookups. Tents and campers welcome.

Is there anything else I can do to help out?

If you would like to help set up are clean up, come early and/or stay late. If you would like to help out with the seasonal clean up of the property, let us know.
